Refund policy
Returns
Except under a few specific conditions enumerated in the Policy, we have a NO RETURN policy as all our products are consumable products such as food, beverages and personal care etc and therefore we do not offer any return or refund per se. We do offer exchange of products under the following two circumstances:
- In case of delivery of a damaged or spoilt product.
- OR in case of delivery of product that is different from what the customer ordered.
If you experience the above with the items delivered to you, kindly send an email to letsconnect@bhumisutra.com to intimate us about order details and the issue faced. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product. Intimations after 3 days of delivery shall be addressed at our sole discretion. Upon our confirmation and advise, we will arrange for the reverse logistics pick up from the delivered address. In case this facility is not available for whatsoever reason, you are requested to courier back to us the product within a week of our intimation, to the following address:

In case you ship, we will refund the courier charges to you.
Replacement (if applicable)
Replacement of the returned product will be subject to availability of the product for sale on the website. In case of unavailability of the said product you can choose other items of equivalent value. In case this option is exhausted for any reason whatsoever, then refund of the amount, will be applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund subject to unavailability of replacements. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 days.
Cancellations:
Upon placement of the order, you can cancel the order with 100% refund before the despatch of the products, please send us the cancellation request to email id: letsconnect@bhumisutra.com.
For order cancellation post despatch the, logistics cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
